Kadamba's excellent quality cloves can be used whole or ground to add depth and flavour to a wide variety of food. The flower buds from the clove tree are picked and dried for 3-5 days to obtain this commonly used spice. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, they are also traditionally used in many herbal medicines.
