Pusa Rudhira is a high-yielding, tropical carrot variety developed by theIndian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI). It features long (approx. 25-30 cm), deep red, obtriangular roots with a self-colored core (no white center) and a sweet, juicy taste (9.5 °Brix).
