Mystore offers both ONDC network and off-network logistics to ship your orders seamlessly. Our trusted partners pick up from your address and deliver directly to your customer, hassle-free! For more details, visit the Shipping & Returns section on Mystore.

To fulfil an order, log in to the Mystore Seller Dashboard and follow these steps:

  • Accept the order in your dashboard
  • Mark the order RTS (Ready To Ship) and download the shipping label
  • Pack the product, paste the label, and upload the package image to the dashboard
  • Hand over the packed order to Mystore’s logistics partner for delivery

With Mystore, your payments are safe, secure, and always processed on time.

  • Mystore sends seller payments every Friday for all orders finalised up to Wednesday of the same week.
  • Orders finalised after Wednesday are included in the next cycle.
  • For orders from other Buyer Apps, payments are made once Mystore receives the money from that Buyer App.
  • Sellers must ensure they deliver orders within the given TAT (Turnaround Time). If not delivered within TAT, Buyer Apps reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the payment to the customer.
