The Domain Connect module allows you to integrate and manage their custom domains within the Mystore platform. By connecting a domain, sellers can provide a branded shopping experience for their customers, improve SEO, and ensure a seamless browsing journey.

Setting up Domain:

If you have purchased the domain from a third party registrar, you will have to point your domain to Mystore to make your store live. The process to point your domain to Mystore might vary across different providers.

General Instructions

Generally, there are two steps to point your domain to Mystore:

1. Point the top level domain to Mystore Redirect Server at 35.190.95.30 which will automatically redirect non-www domain to www.
2. AddCNAME for www.example.com to point to your Mystore URL e.g. example.mystore.in.

Steps to Add a Domain

1. Navigate to Storefront > Domains
2. Click on the "Add New" button on the top right corner.

Fields Explanation:

• Domain – Enter your custom domain (e.g., yourstore.com). This is the URL customers will use to access your storefront.
• Disallow Robots – Enabling this will prevent search engines from crawling the site. Use this only if you're testing or wish to keep your domain private.
• Click Submit to save.

Manage Connected Domains:

• Once added, your domain appears in the list with:
  • Search functionality to find specific domains.
  • A "Troubleshoot" button to verify domain configuration.
  • An Action menu (three dots) for:
    • Editing the domain.
    • Viewing logs.
    • Deleting the domain if needed.
