MystoreMystore is an ONDC network-connected ecosystem built in India for Indian sellers. Orders

The Orders subsection provides a detailed view of all customer orders received on your store. Here, you can:

  • View order details including customer information, item(s) purchased, and payment status.

  • Filter and search orders by status, date, or customer name.

  • Take necessary actions like accepting, canceling, or editing orders before shipping.
    This area is your control center for monitoring incoming business and preparing them for fulfillment.

Shipments

The Shipments section gives you a consolidated view of all shipments that have been created. In this section, you can:

  • Track shipment statuses across various orders.

  • View tracking IDs and courier partner details.

  • Download invoices and shipping labels.

  • Handle issues like re-attempts or returns.
    It’s the go-to dashboard for managing logistics and ensuring customer deliveries happen on time.
