Jaggery, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder, Cardamom, KandanThippili

How to Use

Add 1 portion of this mix to 3 portions of cool water and allow to set for 15 minutes.  Use a strainer to filter the Panakam, if required, and serve cool.

During summer, Panakam can be prepared and stored in an earthen pot, or in a cool flask and taken to work or school and consumed when one feels tired, for instant energy and refresh feeling.
