Instructions
Cooking Instructions
1. Pan fry 1 cup of Ramdhaanya Millet Pongal Pre-Mix with ghee or oil
for 2-3 minutes
2. Add 3 cups of water ( 1 : 3 i.e 1 cup of Premix and 3 cups of water) and salt accordingly
3. Stir well and pressure cook on medium flame for 4 whistles.
Allow the pressure to settle naturally.
Add ghee, stir well and serve.
Storage conditions
If you are using only a portion of the premix please keep it zip locked and refrigerated for better shelf-life
