| Instructions | 1. Rinse the desired quantity of millet thoroughly under running water. 2. For better texture, soak for 30–60 minutes (optional but recommended). 3. Add **1 cup millet to 2½–3 cups water**. 4. Cook in a pressure cooker for **2–3 whistles** or in an open pan for **20–25 minutes**, until the grains are soft and the water is absorbed. 5.
