Ingredients: Bird’s Eye Chilli, Fresh Ginger, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Coconut Vinegar, Green Chilli, Garlic, Gingerly Oil, Rock Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Turmeric Powder
Storage Instructions: Keep the pickle jar in a cool dry place, retain the oil layer in the pickle to make it last longer, keep it in the fridge if possible use only a dry spoon to serve.
Small batches: Our pickles are prepared by housewives in small batches.
