Description:

One Touch Ultra test strips are a type of blood glucose test strip used in conjunction with the One Touch Ultra family of blood glucose meters. These test strips are designed for people with diabetes to monitor their blood sugar levels.

Uses:

It is used to measure blood glucose level.

How to use:

1. Wash your hands.

1. Dry your hands thoroughly.

1. Prepare your glucometer.

1. Prick your finger with a lancing device to get a drop of blood.

1. Touch the edge of the test strip to the drop of blood.

1. Apply enough blood to fill the test strip window.

1. Insert the test strip into your glucometer.

1. Wait for the results.

Safety Information:

• Do not use test strips that are expired or damaged.

• Make sure that the test strip is inserted fully into the meter before lancing your finger.

• Apply the blood drop to the test strip immediately after lancing your finger.

• Keep the vial cap tightly closed when not  used.

• Do not touch the test pad.

• Avoid getting dirt on test strip.

Storage Information:

• Store test strips in their original vial in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C (41°F and 86°F).

• Do not store the test strips in cold temperature.

• Keep test strips away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Do not use test strips beyond the expiry date printed on the vial.
