How to use:

1. Wash your hands  with water.

1. Dry your hands completely.

1. Insert a test strip into one touch glucometer.

1. Lance your finger with the lancing device safely.

1. Touch the edge of the test strip to the blood sample.

1. Wait for the meter to beep.

1. Read your blood glucose level on the meter display.

Safety Information:

• Store your test strips in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C.

• Do not use test strips that are expired or damaged.

• Do not use test strips if you have wet hands.

• Make sure that the test strip is inserted fully into the meter before lancing your finger.
