Instructions | 1. Add 1 cup of Millet Khichdi mix and add 3 cups of water in a pressure cooker. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee/cooking oil of your choice. Water can added depending on the consistency you prefer. You can also add finely chopped veggies of your choice. Cook the khichdi for about 10 minutes on low flame 2. You can also add 2 more tsp of hot ghee after cooking to further enhance the flavour 3. Serve your Khichdi with crispy papad and pickle |
