Instructions | 1. For 1 cup of Millet Idli Mix, add 1.5 cups of water. Mix well until you get a thick smooth batter without any lumps. Leave the batter for 10 minutes 2. Grease the idli mould with ghee/oil of your choice. Pour the idli batter into the idli moulds. Steam cook for about 12-15 minutes on medium flame 3. Serve hot with sambhar/chutney or curry |
