The Brand was born in September 2020, with a vision to bring indigenous pottery crafts into the mainstream and help customers live healthy, sustainable and environment friendly lives by going back to the roots through natural and earthy terracotta ware, while also sustaining the artisans into these age-old crafts and helping preserve an integral part of India’s cultural heritage. These are designer clay staionery holders for the worktable in the GI (Geopgraphical Indication tag by Government of India) certified black pottery craft of Nizamabad, Azamgarh UP. Handmade by master craftsmen using local clay, hand-carved and burnished, reduction fired and then rubbed with a silver colored mixture of lead, mercury & zinc, the beautiful rakhis are a perfect blend of craft and design! The silver fillings are known to be harmless to skin, and the craft is used only for ornamentation purposes on surfaces that do not come in direct contact with food/mouth. What you hold is a piece of our rich culture and history!!


This craft has been identified under the ODOP (One District One Product) Scheme by the Government of India and is a part of our cultural heritage!
