Wash & Care / Maintenance -Before first use, fill with drinking water, leave overnight, empty and dry completely in sun the next day. Cooling happens due to porosity in the ware, and therefore some seepage may happen. It is recommended to keep the bottle in open, airy space. Also, any hardness if present in the drinking water stored may cause white deposit on the outside, which could be wiped away with moist cloth/sponge. Periodical washing with warm water and drying completely in the sun is recommended.
