Ingredients

Milllets (48%), Cereals (37%), Pulses (11%), Nuts & Spices (4%)

Recipe

Hot Drink 1 cup 

• Take 1 TBSP (15g) of CereMil Instant Health Mix
• Pour absolutely hot boiling water (150ml) slowly into the Mix and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
• Add sugar / Naattu Sakkarai / Brown Sugar / Palm Jaggery / Honey as required
• Stir Well, and consume hot
• Though Milk is not essential, one can add milk as well as required 

Hot Soup 1 cup

• Add 2 pinches (¼ tsp) Black Pepper Powder and required salt in ¾ cup of boiling hot water and stir well.
• Take 1 TBSP (15g) of CereMil Instant Health Mix
• Pour the water solution slowly into the Mix and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
• Serve Hot

Spicy Porridge (4 cups)

• Heat a Kadai in medium flame and add 2 tsp of cooking oil,, and saute slit green chillies, a pinch of asafoetida and mustard seeds, and saute well
• Add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion (optionally parboiled carrot, peas, & beans) and a few curry leaves.
• Take 2 TBSP (30g) of CereMil Instant Health Mix and add plain water (400ml), and stir continuously to avoid lumps. Add the solution to the pan, add salt as required, keep stirring and bring to boil
• Serve Hot.
