• Freshness First: To ensure absolute freshness, grains are often milled to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/Email once your order leaves our facility.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

• Local Deliveries (Mumbai & Surrounding Regions): Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days.
• Pan-India Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may occasionally vary for remote or non-serviceable pin codes.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are weight-based and will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We may offer free delivery on orders that meet a specified minimum order value or during special promotional campaigns.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

• Please double-check that your shipping address, landmark, and contact details are fully accurate before completing your purchase.
• Shuddhamay cannot be held responsible for failed or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
• If a parcel is returned to our unit due to an incorrect address or non-availability, additional reshipping charges may apply to dispatch it again.

8. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Items

Because we ship heavy food items, we take immense care in secure packaging. However, if your order arrives compromised:

• Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If it is visibly damaged or torn, please contact us within 24–48 hours.
• Share clear photos or a short unboxing video of the damaged package and product.
• Our customer support team will immediately review the issue and arrange a priority replacement or appropriate resolution.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes.
• We reserve the right to disable the COD option for specific accounts or locations based on past order delivery history or courier serviceability constraints.
