Millet health mix is a ready-to-eat  Super food for all ages above three months . Combination of positive millets ( 70% ) with nuts ( 20% ) and grams ( 10% ) makes a perfect nutritionalfood . This food product can be consumed as dalia or malt. No need to cook ; to make dalia , just add equal amount of hot / cold water / milk with salt or sweetner and rest for 2-3 minutes to get it ready for consumption . 

Dosa premix

Millet dosa premix is a ready to cook millet product for making dosa or uttapam at home . Take one cup of premix with equal quantity of cold water . Add one table spoon of curd with salt and mix well . Keep resting the batter for 30 minutes then cook .
