Our natural eucalyptus honey is harvested sustainably predominantly from the flowers of eucalyptus trees, which only flower twice a year. It is medium-sweet with a rather strong earthy flavor and undertones of menthol and caramel. There is no bitterness and only a slight woody and medicinal aftertaste. It is rich in fructose and will crystallize quickly at low temperatures.
