2. Products & Services
- Shuddhamay offers freshly ground stone-ground atta (including premium wheat, Khapli wheat flour, multigrain blends), millets, and related agricultural/staple food products.
- All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product images on the website are for representation purposes only; actual packaging, color, and texture of the freshly milled flour may vary slightly.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- We accept payments via secure and verified third-party payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to modify prices for our products at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. This does not signify our final acceptance of your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Customer Cancellation: Because our products are freshly milled food staples, orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We aim to process, mill, and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery timelines vary based on your geographic location (Local Mumbai vs. Pan-India).
- Shuddhamay is not legally liable for transit delays caused by third-party courier partners, extreme weather conditions (such as heavy monsoons), or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food staples (atta and grains), returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
- Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to cases where:
- Customers must report such issues within 24–48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear proof, including photographic images or an unboxing video.
7. User Responsibilities
By using this website, you explicitly agree:
- To provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
- Not to use our products or website for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
- Not to transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature designed to disrupt our digital services.

Customers are strongly advised to check ingredient lists and product specifications prior to consumption if they have known food allergies or medical conditions. Shuddhamay is not liable for adverse allergic reactions.
