A Trickster’s Guide to Happyiving

Trickster (Noun | trickster | \‘trik-st¬r \): a playful, curious, and crafty creator who embarks on a journey of happyiving. Happyiving is not being happy all the time. It’s a journey that begins when you start saying yes: yes, to adventures; yes, to curiosity; yes, to inspiration; yes, to vulnerability; yes, toife; and always, yes to yourself. A Trickster’s Guide to Happyiving is an invitation for you to do just that. It is a collection of tidbits, activities, musings, reflections and borrowed epiphanies meant to steer your path along this journey. Here’s how this arrangement will work: you will be asked to do something new every day. You will find no answers here, just a whole bunch of wacky questions. Each page will encourage you to write, reflect, do an activity or get your hands dirty. At times, you may even be asked to do things you have never done before. It may get a tad personal, but just stick around, all right? Because who knows, by the end of it, you may just find out that you are a trickster too!
