Chhattisgarh Ki Chhattis Bhajiya (hindi)

Chhattisgarh is primarily called the “Rice Bowl,” but it is also considered the “Land of Vegetables,” because more than fifty varieties of leafy vegetables (locally called bhaji) are found here. These vegetables are an important part of Chhattisgarhi cuisine, and many of them are easily available in nature without any cost.
