How to use:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.


2. Dry your hands completely.


3. Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor.


4. Rest your arm on a table or other surface so that it is at heart level.


5. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, just above the elbow. Make sure that the cuff is snug but not too tight.


6. Press the start button.


7. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and take your measurement.


8. Once the measurement is complete, the monitor will display your systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your heart rate.


9. Remove the cuff from your arm.

Tips for accurate readings:

• Do not smoke or drink caffeine 30 minutes before taking a measurement.


• Avoid talking or moving while the monitor is taking your measurement.


• Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
