Sidr Raw Honey is a medium dark amber coloured honey from apiaries set up where Sidr(Ber) trees abound in the dry regions of Rajasthan and Haryana, India. The viscosity, flavour, fragrance and colour of raw honey is unique to the floral source, the climate of the region, age of the honey and its composition.
