“Swarnaprashana'' is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of administering pure gold bhasma to children to make them stronger. Krishna’s Swarna Prashan drops can be given to children aged between 0 to 16 years for improving their intellect, digestion, metabolism, physical strength, and immunity. Swarna Prashan is prepared with swarna bhasma (gold ash) and every 10 grams of Krishna’s Swarna Prashan contains 30 mg of swarna bhasma. Swarna Prashan is prepared by mixing swarna bhasma with honey and Brahmi ghrit or ghee. Brahmi Ghrit contains Brahmi, Dantimool, Shankhpushpi, Amaltas, Sonth, Shikakai, Mariach, Vaividang, Pipali, Nishoth Kali, and Nishoth Safed in the prescribed quantities.
Krishna’s Swarna Prashan has the maximum purest gold bhasma in every drop, and a daily dose of these drops is recommended for children. Swarnaprashan with gold is made in small batches by doctors on auspicious Nakshatra, which is the time for high potency. Swarnaprashan benefits double on Pushya Nakshatra Day.
