How to take:

Ragi malt is a nutritious drink made with ragi boost and water or milk
1)Add 2 tablespoons ragi boost to a heavy bottom pan or pot.
2)Pour 1 Cup water. Remember the stove is off yet and we are not cooking it at this stage
3)Mix well and ensure there are no lumps in the ragi boost mixture. Turn on the stove and cook, stirring often on a medium flame to prevent lumps.
4)keep stirring continuously and cook until the mixture turns thick and glossy.
5)Then add Jaggery or any other sweetener. Mix well and turn off the stove.
6)If you want to have it using milk. use 1 cup of milk here you can use even lesser. Slowly incorporate the milk into the ragi boost and mix well. if you use cold milk, slowly bring it to a boil and turn off.
7)Stir well to incorporate the milk well with the ragi boost power mix . Add almond powder or mixed dry fruit powder if using. You will see a smooth Ragi boost.
