How to open/close the tap - by pushing up/down or moving left /right?

Ruhe pillar taps come with Left/ Right quarter-turn operations. Otherwise, it depends on the type of handle the pillar taps have.

Does the water have sufficient force in this Pillar tap?

Yes. Even if your general water supply force is low, the foam flow aerators in the pillar taps add bubbles to the water and give it an illusion of high-pressure flow.

Is the pillar tap for both hot and cold water?

No. Pillar taps only have one connection either hot or cold. You can get two separate pillar taps installed for hot and cold water.

It turns upward and downward, right?

No. The pillar tap turns sideways - Left/ Right quarter turn (90 degrees).

Does it have foam flow or not?

Yes. Pillar taps have foam flow. The aerator is attached to the outlet.
