• How do I know the right size of the concealed stop cock?

If your pipeline diameter is ½ inches then you should go for a 15mm concealed valve and if your pipeline diameter is ¾ inches then you should go for a 20mm concealed valve. 15mm and 20mm is the size of the thread of the concealed stop cock faucet.
