Is this a good tap for outdoor purposes? Is it capable of lasting similar to brass pipe?

Yes. This tap can be installed in out-door areas. Even though the taps come with a triple layer surface protection chrome plating, the harsh weather conditions outdoors might have an effect on them. However, bib taps are perfect taps for garden hoses, water tanks, balcony, washing areas, etc.

Does this product come with a mixer option for hot and cold water inlet?
