BAANMATA INTERNATIONAL

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from BAANMATA INTERNATIONAL, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Overview

BAANMATA INTERNATIONAL is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sale of made-to-order furniture and décor products. All products are handcrafted and manufactured specifically based on customer orders.

2. Made-to-Order Products

  • All products listed on our website are made to order.
  • Manufacturing time typically ranges between 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the product and specifications.
  • Once an order is confirmed, production begins as per customer requirements.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Customers are required to pay 50% advance payment at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining 50% balance payment must be cleared before dispatch/shipping.
  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

4. Free Shipping Policy

  • BAANMATA INTERNATIONAL offers FREE SHIPPING across India on all products.
  • Free shipping includes standard delivery to the customer’s doorstep.
  • Any special delivery requests (such as floor lifting, urgent delivery, or installation services if applicable) may incur additional charges, which will be communicated separately.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, the order enters the manufacturing/development stage and cannot be cancelled.
  • Even if only 50% advance payment has been made, cancellation after 24 hours is not allowed.
  • If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, the customer will still be liable to pay the remaining balance amount, as resources, materials, and labor have already been invested.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or dispatched.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery only.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • With all tags attached
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by invoice and courier receipt
  • Refunds will be initiated only after inspection of the returned product.
  • Refund amount will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges (if applicable).
  • Mode of Refund: Bank Transfer only
  • Refund Processing Time: 7–10 business days

7. Product Variations

  • As all furniture is handcrafted, minor variations in color, grain, texture, polish, or finish are natural and do not qualify as defects.
  • Product images are for reference purposes only.

8. Damages & Transit Issues

  • Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting images or videos.
  • Complaints raised after this period may not be entertained.

9. Services (If Applicable)

  • Payments made for services provided by third-party or service providers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Once payment is made, no refund or cancellation will be entertained.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of BAANMATA INTERNATIONAL.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

BAANMATA INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.
