MystoreMystore® is an ONDC connected marketplace built in India for Indian sellers. Mystore is the first ONDC network participant to connect as a Buyer and Seller NP.  You can register as a seller on Mystore and upload your catalogue. Follow the below steps to add store location (pickup address) on Mystore

1. Go to Store Location Settings

  1. Once logged in, look at the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on “Settings.”
  3. Under Settings, select “Store Locations.”

2. Add a New Store Location

On the Store Locations page, click the “Add New” button at the top right corner of the screen.

3. Fill in Store Details

You will now see a form. Fill in the following information:

Mandatory Fields
  • Geo Location: Use the “Show Map” option to mark your store’s exact location on the map. This helps in accurate delivery and pickup routing.
  • Title: Enter the name of your store location. This could be your store name or a name that helps you identify the location internally.
  • Email Address: Add an active email where customers or logistics partners can reach you.
  • Phone Number: Provide a valid phone number that your delivery partner can call during pickups.
  • Full Address Details:
    • Street Address
    • City
    • State
    • Pin Code

Make sure these fields are accurate as they will be used by your shipping partners.

4. Additional Options

  • Mark as Default: If this is your primary pickup location, check the “Default” option. This means all orders will be picked up from this address by default unless specified otherwise.
  • Show on Website (Optional): If you want customers to see this location on your website (for store pickup or location visibility), enable “Show on Website.”
  • Enable Store Pickup (Optional): If you offer in-store pickup for customers, enable this option.
    This allows buyers to choose this address during checkout as a pickup location.

5. Save the Store Location

After you’ve entered all the necessary details:

  1. Review everything once.
  2. Click on the “Save” button to finish adding the store location.

Important Notes

  • This address will automatically be used as the pickup address when you ship orders using Mystore’s logistics partners.
  • You can edit or add more store locations anytime from the Store Locations section.
