Reports And Ledgers
The Reports section allows you to view and download different types of reports. It also provides detailed logs and filtering options by date range.
Reports
Reports Title and Count
Located at the top-left, the title “Reports” is displayed with the number of available reports shown in a grey box (e.g., 1).
Search Bar
A search bar labeled “Search by name” is available at the top of the list.
You can type the name of a report here to filter and find a specific one.
Reports Table
This section lists all available reports.
The columns shown are:
Checkbox: You can select one or more reports.
Summary: The name of the report (e.g., “seller settlement report”).
Action (⋮): A menu with actions available for the selected report.
Actions Menu (⋮)
Clicking the three vertical dots opens an action menu.
The options include:
View: Opens the detailed view of the selected report.
Download CSV: Downloads the report in .csv format.
Download Excel: Downloads the report in .xlsx format.
View Logs: Opens a log history for that report.
Empty State (Right Panel)
When no report is selected, the right side of the screen shows a message: “No Record selected”.
Report Details View (Seller Settlement Report)
When you click on a report (like “seller settlement report”), the right panel displays the report data in detail.
Breadcrumb and Title
At the top, it shows: seller settlement report, indicating which report is open.
Date Range Filter
A date range selector appears at the top of the right panel.
You can choose a predefined range such as:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
This month
Last month
Custom Range (lets you set start and end dates manually)
Report Table Columns
This table lists order data. Each row represents one order. The columns include:
Order ID: The unique ID of the order (e.g., OID1130677)
Seller App: The name of the platform where the seller listed the product (e.g., Mystore )
Buyer App: The name of the platform where the buyer placed the order (e.g., Mystore)
SKU: The SKU (stock keeping unit) identifier for the product.
Compare Price[0]: The original price before any discount (e.g., 100)
Quantity[0]: The number of units ordered (e.g., 1)
Unit Price[0]: The actual selling price per unit (e.g.,100 or 51)
Seller Name: The name of the seller who listed the product (e.g., Eternity Trousseau)
Order Status: Current status of the order, such as:
refunded
cancelled

Ledgers
All ledger invoices associated with your account are displayed in this section. You can view, track, and manage invoice records in a centralized and organized manner.
