Take either 2 cups of water or 2 cups of milk, 1/2 TSP Turmflu Capsule powder and a pinch of black pepper powder and boil it till only 1 cup is left. Pour the mix in the cup and add lil bit of honey or sugar or jaggery to sweeten the taste. Drink this twice daily. Keep each sip in your mouth for 15-20 seconds and then gulp it down.
