Preparation: Heat water to just under boil (80 degree) Add 1 teaspoon (1.5 gm) of tea per cup of water. Add hot water to the cup (150 ml) and steep for 2 mins, Strain and Enjoy!. The used tea leaves can again be recharged with hot water multiple times to get maximum benefit.
