Wheat Pasta is made with the low gluten whole wheat flour. Low gluten wheat flour are peculiarly brought from the farmers and then grinded into the fine powder. Whereas the whole wheat vrsion is made by grinding entire wheat kernels into a powder, white flour removes the most nutrients-rich parts - the bran and germ. Thus whole wheat flour is widely considered healthier. It is good source of protein, fibre, magnesium, zinc and variety of Vitamins and minerals. It is also rich source of Vitamin B.

We have developed an authentic mix of seasonings that goes well with the vegetable pastas. We have not used any chemicals in the seasoning masala pack.
