The flowers of this farmer-friendly plant are separated from seeds and sun-dried for five days. After this, we hand-pound these white seeds full of good fats and shell them before slowly crushing them in our Bull-driven Ghana.
With a high smoking point and a sweet aftertaste, this oil will bring some feel-good vibes to your food. It takes us five kilos of locally sourced Safflower seeds and four hours of continuous crushing to make a single batch of this oil.
