Jute JRO-524 (Navin) is a high-yielding, 135–145 day maturing Tossa jute (Corchorus olitorius) variety, ideal for mid-March to April sowing in upland/mid-land areas. It is highly resistant to premature flowering, yellow mites, and root rot diseases. It produces high-quality fiber, with plants reaching 53–58 inches in height.
