This is a Yellow Vein Mosaic Virus-resistant variety of okra.
During the Kharif season (monsoon), it yields about 18 tons per hectare, and in the Zaid season (spring), the yield is around 12 tons per hectare.
The fruits are attractive, dark green with five ridges, and of medium length (10–12 cm).
The plants are upright, tall, and have 2–3 branches.
Both the stem and leaves are green in color.
The leaves have a moderate level of lobing (cutting).
This variety is suitable for successful cultivation in both Zaid (sowing from February 15 to March 15) and Kharif (sowing from June 15 to July 15) seasons.
