Instructions | Terms of Business • Prices shown here are subject to OEM’s pricing policy. • Following are the onboarding steps for our customers. • Upon receiving order confirmation on Seller App, we will share Customer KYC form, which customer needs to fill up and share with us to initiate the onboarding process. This should include Legal Name, GSTIN, PAN, Billing Address, SPOC’s email id and contract details etc. • We will share a link to the email id of Customer’s SPOC to accept MICROSOFT CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (MCA) for electronic acceptance. • Once, we have signed off MCA, we will update our billing records and complete the provisioning of tenant/license etc. for the customer. • We will share the Invoice and Delivery note, so that customer can use the tenant/license(s). • The above process may take minimum 3 working days and maximum 7 working days and Delivery of Software License will be done to the Email provided by customer in the MCA. • Any order received during the weekends or holidays, the order processing cycle shall be initiated on the next working day. • We reserve the right to cancel any order and under such circumstances, customer will get the full refund. • No free setup or support is offered, unless explicitly specified against SKU.
