Chilli Narangi Marmalade

Fiery Red chilies, Mandarin Orange and Lemon rind are steeped in Mandarin Orange juice to create this fantastic tongue tickler.  Usual and unusual ingredients are married to make this unique and edgy marmalade. Narangi or Mandarin Oranges are rare and not used for pickling by many. This is our Farm-to-table relish. We pick this citrus fruit from farms and juice them on the same day, making this extremely fresh and full of nutrients. Marmalade is rich in vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, which is important for repairing tissues in your body as well as the production of collagen.
