Characterized by their pungent taste and high heat value, as measured in Scoville Heat Units of 35,000-45,000 SHU , the chillis possess a high heat note. These chillis are becoming increasingly popular across many Indian cuisines that require a bit of a kick. Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed before being freshly machine ground into a texturized powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
