Cocoguru high grade coconut cooking oil is extracted from best quality copra obtained from drying fresh coconuts. Copra is fully dried, roasted and cut into pieces before feeding into expeller for oil extraction. Oil then is thoroughly filtered and packed. Roasting of copra increases the shelf life of oil and gives it a rich aroma and taste still retaining the natural goodness of coconut. Cocoguru coconut oil’s quality reflects in its physical properties, below 0.5 Free Fatty Acids, Iodine value of around 8.5, Moisture below 0.10%, golden yellow color and 12 months shelf life.
