Banana - Robusta Premium, 500 gm

Semi-ripe Robusta bananas are about 6-7 inches long. Robusta has a distinct sweet flavour, pleasant aroma, and a mushy, smooth texture. They come in their own wrapper, don't need to be washed before eating, and are also very portable. A banana provides 30% of the daily B6 requirement and is high in Vitamin C and potassium. It also contains trace amounts of a variety of amino acids, including tryptophan, which we get from our diet.
