Bajra flour or millet flour is made from a small round grain resembling mustard seed. It has a slightly nutty flavour. The millet is small-seeded species of cereal crops. Bajra is rich in insoluble fibre that aids digestion. It also reduces the secretion of bile acids and is linked to a lowered risk of gallstone formation.
