Black Salt

Black Salt or Kala Namak or Indian Fruit salt is the a favourite salt of many.  We source black salt in rock form and hand pound it the old-fashioned way. It is first washed to remove top impurities and then dried to be pounded.  Black salt has alkaline properties which help reduce excess acid in the stomach, while its high mineral content lessens the damage caused by acid reflux.
