Narangi Meethi Mirch

This is a very unique relish. Not only are the ingredients rare, it also looks beautiful and tastes like Heaven-in-a-jar.  Bengaluru's famous Round Red chilies, Boriya Mirch are steeped in Mandarin Orange juice and a melange of spices to create this burst of exotic flavors.  Narangi or Mandarin Oranges are rare and not used for pickling by many. This is our Farm-to-table relish. We pick this citrus fruit from farms and juice them on the same day, making this extremely fresh and full of nutrients.   This is excellent as a Spread, Marinade, Glaze, Salad Dressing or Relish on a cheese board.  Pink Himalayan Salt or Sendha namak is used.  Oil-Free To Taste - Sweet, Tangy & Spicy Weight 200 gms
