Use mild detergent (no harsh chemicals or bleach). Avoid soaking the fabric for too long (5–10 minutes max). 2. Regular Washing: Prefer hand washing over machine wash. If machine washing, use the gentle cycle and put the fabric in a mesh laundry bag. Always use cold water to prevent color bleeding and shrinkage. 3. Drying: Do not wring the fabric harshly. Dry in shade to prevent fading from direct sunlight. Lay flat or hang using a padded hanger to maintain shape. 4. Ironing: Iron on low to medium heat while the fabric is slightly damp. For silk blends, consider using a cloth between the iron and the fabric. 5. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Wrap in muslin cloth to protect from dust and light. Avoid plastic covers which can trap moisture.
