MystoreMystore is an ONDC network-connected marketplace built in India for Indian sellers. You will have a dedicated Seller page (digi-catalog) along with a Unique QR Code for your page that you can market to your buyers. Your catalogue will also appear on the ONDC network through the Mystore Buyer App and other buyer apps catering to related product domains. Mystore provides a comprehensive seller dashboard to manage your products, orders, and payouts. Shipping & Delivery Policies

Mystore sellers use different modes of shipping to ship their orders. The time to ship varies from seller to seller and is displayed on the product page. Please refer to the product page and delivery timings before placing an order.

Shipping charges are automatically added at the time of checkout. If you do not see shipping charges explicitly displayed at the time of checkout then it means that product price includs shipping charges. There is no other shipping charges that you need to pay besides the order total.

Customers can track the order delivery status under Account > My Orders section after they log into Mystore. In case, there is delay in delivery beyond the time specified by the seller, you can raise a ticket for the same and Mystore team will get in touch with the seller to find out the reason for the delay and update you on the same ticket.
